Presentation Guidelines

  • Oral Presentations in Competitive Sessions
  • Poster Presentations in Poster Sessions

The parallel oral presentation sessions will be held on 3 December 2021 at Hong Kong Time, UTC+8 via Zoom Meeting. All presenters of competitive papers are required to present live on Zoom. Two presenters will be assigned to the same Zoom meeting session, and each will be given 30 minutes for their presentation, including 20 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for the Q&A session.

All presenters are required to use the official virtual background provided by IIBG 2021 on Zoom. Each competitive session will have a Session Chair. The Session Chair will give a brief introduction of each presentation. The Chair will also ensure the session begins and ends on time, the time is divided equally among presentations, and the session goes smoothly. During the Q&A, attendees can raise the questions in the chat box, and the presenter can answer the questions live.

Presenters should ensure that they are familiar with the operations on Zoom. Before the conference, download and install the Zoom Client for Meetings and refer to the following instructions on how to use Zoom.

All posters will be presented on the conference website grouped by conference sub-themes.
